EPO and JPAA held an online seminar for JPAA members

European Patent Office (EPO) and Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA) held an online seminar for JPAA members on March 1, 2022.

Lecturers from EPO delivered presentations regarding “Recent developments at the EPO”, “Recent developments regarding the Unitary Patent”, “Oral proceedings via videoconference”, “CII, business person vs skilled person”, “Use claims”, “Update on recent decisions of or referrals to the EBoA”.

More than 200 members of JPAA attended this fruitful seminar.
