EUIPO Seminar “AWARENESS SEMINAR WITH JPAA ON TRADEMARKS SYSTEM AND REGISTERED COMMUNITY DESIGNS” was held.

EUIPO and JPAA held “AWARENESS SEMINAR ON TRADEMARKS SYSTEM AND REGISTERED COMMUNITY DESIGNS” on December 7.

Lecturers from EUIPO delivered presentations regarding “EUIPO latest developments”, “Repeated filings of an earlier European Union trade mark registration in order to avoid being cancelled because of on non-use”, “The protection of the name of a person”, “Interior design protection relating to designs and trademarks” and “Enforcement of design rights in the European Union”. The seminar was open not only to JPAA members but also to the general public, and attended by 200 people in total.
