「Discover IP Japan 2019 with IPLAC」

The JPAA sent a two-member delegation team to the IPLAC IP Law Symposium 2019 and the 125th IPLAC Annual Dinner Honoring the Federal Judiciary in Chicago on October 17.  The symposium is comprised of presentations by judges, a seminar by an attorney, and a panel discussion about foreign patents, where the JPAA delegation members as well as a Korean patent attorney, European patent attorneys, and a US attorney in China were involved.  Further, on October 18, a seminar about intellectual properties in Japan was held with attendance of the foreign and U.S. attorneys and active discussions were made.
