「ドバイ税関長による記念講演会」を開催（2010年9月15日、東京）

2010年9月15日(水)午後1時30〜4時30分、全日通霞が関ビル　大会議室(東京都千代田区霞が関3-3-3)において、アラブ首長国連邦　ドバイ首長国よりアフマド・ブッティ・アフマド　ドバイ税関長を招請し、当会主催、外務省及び財団法人日本関税協会知的財産情報センター（CIPIC）に後援いただき、記念講演会を開催いたしました。

当日は、筒井大和会長の挨拶で開会し、下記の３人の講師の方に講演いただきました。

アフマド・ブッティ・アフマド　ドバイ税関長（His Excellency, Mr. Ahmed Butti Ahmed,CEO of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) and Director General Dubai Customs）：「ドバイ税関：知的財産権に対する取組み （Dubai Customs: A way to the Intellectual Property Rights） 」

ナーミン・アフマド・エッサ　ドバイ税関法務課長（Mrs. Narmin Ahmed Essa, Director of Legal Affairs Department）　：　「UAE税関：法と規則−知的財産法の行使（UAE Customs: Laws and regulations- Enforcement of Intellectual Property Law）」　及び「UAE税関：国際協力と情報技術の実務的活用（UAE Customs: International Co-operations and the practical use of Information Technology）」

ニック・オコーネル　弁護士（Mr. Nick O’Connell, Senior Associate, Intellectual Property and Information Technology (IP/IT), AL TAMIMI & COMPANY）　：　「知的財産権侵害取締に対するドバイ税関の試み：ブランドオーナーと知的財産アドバイザーにとっての実務的観点（Dubai Customs’ efforts to fight IPR infringement: A practical perspective for brand owners and IP advisors）」

当日は、約１３０名の方々に聴講いただきました。
